All plants are shipped bare roots and without soil. This helps stop the spread of pests and other disease. It also saves you money by having a smaller and lighter package. 

Our Processing time is 2 business days. Depending on your location to Toronto, You will receive your package within 2 to 5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided as well for parcels, xpresspost and expedited items. If you have selected out bubble mailer shipping a tracking number is not provided and should arrive between 5-7 days. 

Unfortunately there is a chance this can happen and when shipping plant in the mail you have to assume the risk something might happen. If this does happen please send us an email (info@thesplitleafshop.com) the day you receive the plant with pictures. We will do our best to make the moment right. we do not offer refunds for this. 

We do not. Unfortunately due to the unreliability of Canada post during Covid-19 and the time sensitivity of using heat packs we decided it would be best not to ship. Any orders placed before October 24th will be shipped out. It is the buyers responsibility to check the weather and take the risk when ordering. The Split Leaf takes no responsibility for damaged plant due to the cold. Plants will be wrapped the best we possibly can. 

PlantRunz delivery is available to customers located between Londo, Ontario and Ottawa, Ontario. This service is available all year, they deliver plants, decor, and supplies. 

The Split Leaf ships to all provinces across Canada from Vancouver, BC to St. Johns, Newfoundland and everywhere in between! (We do not ship to the territories at this time).

We also ship to the USA and all it’s states.
